Feeling inspired todo, but still stagnated?
A few great ways to ignite our engine – ToDo in the days of Corona

Hi All, How are you feeling in these Corona days? If you are in great difficulties, I send you my love and prayers. If you are still safe, feeling motivated to make the best out of this challenge yet stuck, this post is for you. I admit It took me some time to adjust to the new way of living in the corona world, turning my inspiration into action (after my daily work was arrested.) I was lucky to have many tools that I learned or developed, and I am happy sharing with you what is helping me. What I share is always what I used myself and with

Daring to ship when it’s very good but not excellent (yet:))
My website is one month old today!

Do you have a project still hiding in your drawers?
You desire to let it out, but not sure if it is good enough already?
I want to encourage you to tune in and see if more refinement is doubtlessly necessary
or maybe it good enough for you to dare to put it out.
There is this saying that the ‘perfect’ is the enemy of the ‘good.’
But what if instead, we call it his ‘big brother’…

The ‘Procrastimeter’ and The ABCD Plan – for when we feel this (frustrating) resistance TO DO

*Please note: this post is long (and deep:)). To make the best out of it, it is advisable to read it slowly, when you have some relaxed time. Enjoy! When we feel this inner opposition Most of us know this scenario. We planned to do something; we even know precisely how to do it, and it is within our ability; but when we are about to start doing it, we feel this resistance. We make another coffee, we gaze at the list, and we take ‘just one look’ in our inbox. But it is still very much there, and we sense we’re on the verge of procrastinating. This situation,

Todo List – Friend or Foe?
Post # 10: But, the real magic for creating
a better relationship with our todo lists is….

In this last post I want to touch something I saw countless times in my work,
the fact that most people find the hardest to swallow;
not only in regards to todo lists but with whatever we work on.
Yet, I find it to be the most crucial ingredient to add
if we want to take a step beyond, keep growing, experiencing more wellness.
The real magic is Maintenance.

Todo List – Friend or Foe?
Post # 9: Integrating rolling tasks into our lists

You know these tasks that no matter how much you invest in them,
they seem never to end and the satisfaction is not so abundant?
There are called ‘rolling tasks’ (sorry, I couldn’t remember where I first heard this name).
They are tasks that are either very vast and even kind of vague
(like looking for a new home or changing work);
or tasks that are dependent on many outside factors that we have little control over
(like deciding what to do with our finances).
They usually demand some research and thinking.
Although they carry a few challenges,
we can overcome them by using some easy tricks.
To explain, I will use the example of looking for a new home.
Here is my recipe for dealing with them.

Todo List – Friend or Foe?
Post #8: The Backup List

For when we really can’t deal with the original plan.
Are you familiar with those days when you are up todo, but somehow cannot get to the original plan?
It can be a case of no inspiration or just a change of circumstances.
It happens to me at times, and it is somewhat challenging to go back to the drawing board,
and we can get spaced out.
This is when the backup list comes handy.

Todo List – Friend or Foe?
Post # 6: The TT List– Todo tomorrow

There is this saying that the one who puts the alarm clock at night
is not the one that wakes up.
And it is so true, also in regards to what we plan for tomorrow.
When the new day starts, we may be in a different mood than what we felt yesterday,
there may be all kinds of things that distract us, some unexpected demands, and needs.
If we start our day by investing in deciding how to make it beautiful and efficient,
our inner resources may be finished and/or that there is no time to do anything.

Todo List – Friend or Foe?
Post # 3 Helping your list to rise above the clutter (or let her be seen).

If your lists are lost again and again and/or becoming “ugly” too often,
this post is for you*
*Mainly for those who use hard copy

The problem
Lists have the tendency to go under, hide, or to become unappealing.
But actually, they do enjoy fulfilling their destiny and be seen 🙂
They are born to help us!

Todo List – Friend or Foe?
Post # 2 Did you ever consider
changing the name of your todo list?

What do you feel when you say ‘todo list’?
I bet you wouldn’t say ‘I feel inspired and motivated.’
You may feel indifferent, but you may feel resistant, frustrated, tired.
The way we feel when we say this name
is undoubtedly connected to our relationship with it;
and our relationships with these lists are related to how much
it is easy or difficult for us to lead the life we want.

Todo List – Friend or Foe?
Post # 1: Introduction

Maybe you know this feeling –
like being in an endless chase after ‘completing lists’ and ‘erasing tasks from your productivity apps.’
It doesn’t have to be like that. There are other ways todo.
Yet, changing it is a process.
Personally, I am still in the midst of this process of re-defining
my relationships with my to-dos; but it is a beautiful journey.
This series will offer ways to befriend our todo lists.
I have bountiful knowledge to share about to-do lists;
some of it is practical; some of a reflective nature,
offering a different angle of perception on the subject.
The ideas I will share with you were tested countless times on myself and with others;
